CASE STUDY FOR ASPHALT BATCH-MIX PLANT INSTALLED AT AHMEDNAGAR, MAHARASHTRA.
The customer is in the construction industry since the 1980’s and has been associated with “Ashitech” for over 2 decades. The customer has been using Ashitech Drum-mix plants for several years. As per the norms of the recent tender allotted to the customer, the project required the acquisition of an Asphalt Batch-mix Plant.
PRODUCT OFFERED
The customer required an Asphalt-Batchmix Plant but wasn’t sure about the capacity needed for the project. Our technical team after studying the project details and discussions with the customer narrowed it down to ABM-100 having rated capacity at 100 TPH.
PRODUCT FINALISATION
The customer selected the suitable configuration of tanks with the plant and confirmed the order within 7 days along with advance token money.
ERECTION AT SITE
The plant was dispatched on time after receiving the Delivery Order for the same. The erection of the plant was halted due to the COVID pandemic but was completed on-time as soon as the restriction were lifted up.
