CASE STUDY FOR MOBILE DRUM MIX PLANT INSTALLED AT NEPAL.
The customer is a well-renowned contractor in Nepal. As the construction project required the work to be done on hilly areas, a plant with mobility was required which could be easily moved from one place to another.
PRODUCT OFFERED
After technical discussion with Ashitech’s Nepal dealer, Ashitech Mobile Drum-mix plant model DM-25 was offered to the customer having rated capacity of 25-30 TPH with axle and tyres for mobility.
PRODUCT FINALISATION
Ashitech being a well renowned brand in Nepal with over 150 units in operation, the customer after thorough technical discussion regarding the capacity of fuel and bitumen tanks required, finalized the plant.
ERECTION AT SITE
As the customer had to re-erect the plant continuously due to the terrain constraints, Ashitech’s erection team trained the customer’s team regarding the commissioning and erection.
